Touro College provides reasonable accommodations to students with disabilities with consultation from their academic programs.
This is not the case with colleges and universities.
The legislation states that in order to receive services from a university, a person with a disability must first disclose his/her disability to the institution.
The documentation must include the following: Documentation must be current, preferably within the last 3 years.
