If you want appointments added to the i Cloud calendar, you'll need to either move (or copy) the appointments to the i Cloud calendar or create them directly in the i Cloud Calendar folder. While you can't configure Outlook to use the i Cloud1 data file as your default (i Cloud2 can be set as default, with limitations), you can configure Outlook to startup in the i Cloud Calendar folder.
Don't use i Cloud calendar, contact, or tasks sync for Exchange, Gmail, or Hotmail accounts.

New appointments are added to your default Calendar folder and you cannot set the i Cloud Calendar folder to be your default Calendar.
If a host creates a Web Ex series meeting in Outlook 2016 for Mac and changes one occurrence to an exception, then cancels the Web Ex for the exception, the appointment cannot be closed if the host later edits the series from Outlook 2016 for Windows where the calendar time zone is different from the Outlook for Mac's time zone, even if the email body is updated.
Hi Bryan, This error is typically caused when the Go To Meeting account is set to provide Long Distance only, or Vo IP only conference calling. To correct this issue currently, you will need to change the audio settings on your account to provide both Long Distance and Vo IP for your meetings and then reschedule.
Workaround: click Forward i Cloud creates a new calendar in your profile and moves your appointments to it. Go to the Calendar navigation pane and select the "Calendar in i Cloud".
This happens because i Cloud doesn't see your account as the meeting owner.The following properties need to be set for a new generic profile: Outlook and Windows use different Timezone definitions than most Cal DAV servers and other clients.
